Virginia Commonwealth Conference (VCC)
Fuqua School is a member of the Virginia Commonwealth Conference (VCC) which is an association for Virginia independent schools. Member schools include Amelia Academy, Blessed Sacrament Huguenot, Broadwater Academy, Brunswick Academy, Christchurch School, Isle of Wight Academy, Kenston Forest School, Southampton Academy, Tidewater Academy, Richmond Christian School, and the Steward School.
Although the majority of athletic competitions are held with VCC member schools, competitions are also scheduled with schools outside the VCC, including public schools. Because the VCC does not sponsor cross country, track, or swimming, these competitions are held with members schools of the Blue Ridge Conference.
